MAKHDOOM BHATTI – FOUNDER & CEO
With over 30 years of teaching experience and advanced degrees in Education and Islamic Studies, Makhdoom Bhatti is passionately dedicated to transforming lives through education. As the founder of AusPak, his mission is to bridge the significant gap between the education systems of Pakistan and developed countries like Australia, utilising his extensive experience in both to create impactful solutions. His unwavering kindness, resilience, and dedication to philanthropy forms the foundation of his leadership.Makhdoom’s vision is to empower underprivileged communities in Pakistan by fostering educational opportunities that inspire hope and enable lasting change. In addition to his work with AusPak, he enjoys reading educational literature and conducting secondary research to further enrich his knowledge.His commitment to education and social welfare drives his efforts to ensure that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has access to the resources and opportunities needed to achieve a brighter future.

MUHAMMAD KHALID – GENERAL SECRETARY
Muhammad Khalid is a Civil and Infrastructure Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) from RMIT University. He has gained valuable experience working with engineering consultancy firms, delivering design solutions for residential and medium-density projects. His expertise in problem-solving, adaptability under pressure, and commitment to tackling challenges make him an integral member of the AusPak team.Khalid’s passion for community service stems from a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. He envisions the children supported by AusPak growing into successful professionals and contributing members of society. Beyond his work, Khalid enjoys basketball, reading, and music, finding inspiration in these activities to fuel his creativity and determination.His goal is to support AusPak in becoming a self-sustaining organisation, reducing dependency on donors while continuing to deliver impactful projects that empower underprivileged individuals and foster sustainable development.

ZEESHAN QURESHI – TREASURER
Zeeshan Qureshi brings over 20 years of experience in business advisory, taxation, audit, budgeting, statutory reporting, and financial strategy to his role as Treasurer of AusPak Welfare Society. He plays a pivotal role in guiding the organisation’s financial health, providing tailored solutions and strategic advice to achieve its long-term goals and objectives.Zeeshan works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the society’s financial stability and sustainability. His deep understanding of Australia’s tax laws, combined with his technical expertise, enables him to navigate complex financial landscapes and deliver valuable insights for strategic decision-making.With an impressive academic background and professional credentials, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Graduate Diploma in Forensic Accounting, and certifications as a Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), Zeeshan is dedicated to supporting AusPak’s mission of transforming lives and empowering communities through sound financial practices.

SHEHRYAR ZAIDI – PROJECT MANAGER
Shehryar Zaidi, the Project Manager at AusPak, holds a Master’s degree in Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Karachi. With a career spanning industries such as automotive, healthcare, not-for-profit, legal, aviation, news and media, and FMCG, he has worked across Pakistan, New Zealand, and Australia. His extensive experience, combined with his resilience, leadership, and collaborative approach, drives the successful execution of AusPak’s initiatives.In his free time, Shehryar enjoys traveling, watching sports, creating fusion cuisine, and following global events. His passion for social impact stems from a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. As Project Manager, he focuses on empowering individuals by enhancing their skills and earning potential, bridging the gap between potential and opportunity. Through skill development programs and educational access, Shehryar works to unlock untapped potential, helping underprivileged individuals achieve sustainable livelihoods and brighter futures.

IRM GUL – PROJECT SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Irm Gul is a dedicated university student with a passion for creativity and community service. In her free time, she enjoys painting, drawing, watching movies, and spending quality moments with her family. Known for her adaptability and efficiency, Irm excels at working collaboratively within a team, seamlessly adjusting to group dynamics, and embracing roles as both a supportive member and an effective leader. Her exceptional organisational skills enable her to plan and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring successful outcomes.As an Australian Pakistani, Irm is deeply committed to giving back to her community. Through her role at AusPak, she channels her dedication and skills toward bridging educational gaps and empowering underprivileged communities.Irm strives to provide the same opportunities she has been fortunate to receive, making a meaningful contribution to AusPak’s mission of fostering education, hope, and meaningful change for those in need.

SHANZAY FAZIL – PROJECT SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Shanzay Fazil, currently pursuing her O-levels, is a passionate and dedicated individual with a love for reading and writing literature and playing scrabble. Her communicative abilities, perseverance, and dedication make her an invaluable member of the AusPak team. In addition to her coordination duties, Shanzay also assists with content creation, contributing her creativity and writing skills to effectively communicate the organisation’s mission and impact.Shanzay is deeply inspired by AusPak’s mission to improve the lives of underprivileged communities, particularly young children who dream of a better tomorrow. Her motivation stems from the hope of making a meaningful difference, no matter how small, to help turn those dreams into reality. ALIZEH ZAIDI – PROJECT SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Alizeh Zaidi holds a diploma in Business and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management. With over two years of experience in the restaurant industry, she has honed her skills in teamwork, communication, patience, problem-solving, and attention to detail. In her spare time, she enjoys walks, trying new cuisines, and spending time with her loved ones.Alizeh is passionate about AusPak’s mission, which aligns closely with her values. She believes in using her privileged position to create opportunities for those who lack them. Her awareness of the struggles faced by underprivileged communities motivates her to contribute to meaningful change.Alizeh finds fulfillment in knowing her efforts, however small, can help build a brighter future for Pakistan’s youth.
